ข้อปฏิบัติสำหรับการนำเสนอผลงานแบบปากเปล่า (Oral Presentation)

1. เวลาในการนำเสนอรวม 15 นาที (นำเสนอ 10 นาที ถาม-ตอบ 5 นาที)
    เมื่อนำเสนอไปแล้ว 7 นาที จะกดยกป้าย 1 ครั้ง
    เมื่อหมดเวลา 10 นาที จะกดกริ่งยาว 1 ครั้ง ขอให้ผู้นำเสนอหยุดการนำเสนอ และเตรียมตัวตอบคำถาม
2. ผู้นำเสนอจะต้องนำไฟล์ที่จะนำเสนอมาบันทึกลงในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในห้องประชุมที่ท่านจะนำเสนอ ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2568 ได้ 2 ช่วง คือเวลา 08.00 – 09.00 น. และ 12.20 – 12.45 น.
    หากผู้นำเสนอไม่นำไฟล์มาบันทึกลงในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ตามกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงลำดับการนำเสนอของท่าน โดยให้สิทธิ์ผู้นำมาลงทะเบียนไฟล์ไว้ก่อนทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของประธานนำเสนอนั้นๆ เพื่อความรวดเร็วและเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาการนำเสนอที่ได้แจ้งไว้
3. ไฟล์นำเสนอทุกรูปแบบ ควรบันทึกเป็น PDF ไฟล์มาด้วย เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาเปิดไฟล์ไม่ได้

ข้อปฏิบัติสำหรับการนำเสนอผลงานแบบโปสเตอร์ (Poster Presentation)

1. กำหนดให้โปสเตอร์มีขนาดกว้าง 80 เซนติเมตร X ยาว 100 เซนติเมตร จำนวน 1 แผ่น ต่อ 1 เรื่อง
2. เวลาในการนำเสนอรวม 10 นาที (นำเสนอ 5 นาทีและถาม-ตอบ 5 นาที)
3. ลำดับการนำเสนอโปสเตอร์ ตามโปรแกรมการนำเสนอ
4. ติดโปสเตอร์ วันพุธที่ 30 เม.ย. เวลา 17.00-18.30 น. หรือ วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 1 พฤษภาคม เวลา 08.00 – 09.00 น.

Specifications for Oral Presentation

1. During a presentation, a total of 15 minutes must be allocated, including 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the question session.
    When the presenter has reached a seven-minute presentation, the first-time notice will be displayed.
    Following the completion of the 10-minute presentation, a second-time notice will be displayed that the presenter is required to end and prepare for the question session.
2. The presentation file must be saved on the computer at your presentation venue, which can be done at 2 times between 8.00 - 9.00 and 12.20 - 12.45
    The presentation order may be altered if the presenter fails to save a file on the computer during the aforementioned period as determined by the chairman, in order to make the presentation run smoothly and efficiently as planned.
3. All presentation files, regardless of format, should also be saved as a PDF to prevent issues with opening the file.

Specifications for Poster Presentation

1. A poster includes 1 topic of presentation on 1 sheet; the size must be 80 cm. wide and 100 cm. in length.
2. Each poster presentation will be 10 minutes (5 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for the questions session)
3. The order of the presentation will be informed later.
4. The poster must be displayed on 30 April from 17.00 – 18.30 or 1 may 8.00 – 9.00

หมายเหตุ มีการพิจารณาและให้รางวัลในการนำเสนอผลงานภาคบรรยายและการนำเสนอภาคโปสเตอร์

The award will be considered for both oral and poster presentations.
