ข้อปฏิบัติสำหรับการนำเสนอผลงานแบบปากเปล่า (Oral Presentation)

1. เวลาในการนำเสนอรวม 15 นาที (นำเสนอ 12 นาที ถาม-ตอบ 3 นาที)
    เมื่อนำเสนอไปแล้ว 10 นาที จะกดยกป้าย 1 ครั้ง
    เมื่อหมดเวลา 12 นาที จะกดกริ่งยาว 1 ครั้ง ขอให้ผู้นำเสนอหยุดการนำเสนอ และเตรียมตัวตอบคำถาม
2. ผู้นำเสนอต้องเตรียมไฟล์ประกอบการนำเสนอ โดยส่งไฟล์นำเสนอผลงาน (.PDF) ผ่านระบบ Google Form (ตามลิงก์ด้านบน) ส่งได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 - 6 พฤษภาคม 2569 หรือ
นำไฟล์ที่จะนำเสนอ (.PDF) ใส่ Flash Drive หรือ USB Drive บันทึกลงในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์หน้าห้องประชุม
    ในวันศุกร์ที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2569 ได้ คือเวลา 15.30 – 18.00 น.
    ในเสาร์ที่ 9 พฤษภาคม 2569 ได้ 2 ช่วง คือเวลา 08.00 – 08.30 น. และ 11.00 – 12.00 น.
    หากผู้นำเสนอไม่นำไฟล์มาบันทึกลงในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ตามกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงลำดับการนำเสนอของท่าน โดยให้สิทธิ์ผู้นำมาลงทะเบียนไฟล์ไว้ก่อนทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของประธานนำเสนอนั้นๆ เพื่อความรวดเร็วและเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาการนำเสนอที่ได้แจ้งไว้
3. ไฟล์นำเสนอทุกรูปแบบ ควรบันทึกเป็น PDF เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาเปิดไฟล์ไม่ได้

ข้อปฏิบัติสำหรับการนำเสนอผลงานแบบโปสเตอร์ (Poster Presentation)

1. กำหนดให้โปสเตอร์มีขนาดกว้าง 80 เซนติเมตร X ยาว 100 เซนติเมตร จำนวน 1 แผ่น ต่อ 1 เรื่อง
2. เวลาในการนำเสนอรวม 10 นาที (นำเสนอ 5 นาทีและถาม-ตอบ 5 นาที)
3. ลำดับการนำเสนอโปสเตอร์ ตามโปรแกรมการนำเสนอ
4. ติดโปสเตอร์ วันศุกร์ที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 17.00-18.00 น. หรือ วันเสาร์ที่ 9 พฤษภาคม เวลา 08.00 – 10.00 น.

Specifications for Oral Presentation

1. Each presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes, including 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A session.
    At 10 minutes, the first warning signal will be given.
    At 12 minutes, a final long signal will be given. Presenter is required to end the presentation and prepare for Q&A session.
2. Presenters are required to prepare the files in PDF format only. Submission methods are as follows :
    -Submit the files via the Google Form system between May 4–6, 2026.
    -Bring the presentation file (PDF format only) on a USB flash drive and upload it to the computer in front of the conference room Friday, May 8, 2026: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM, Saturday, May 9, 2026: 08:00 – 08:30 AM and 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    -Please be advised that presentation files must be uploaded according to the specified schedule. Failure to do so may result in a change to your presentation order.
    -Priority will be given to presenters who have registered their files in advance. Any changes to the presentation order will be at the Session Chair's discretion to ensure the program remains on schedule.

Specifications for Poster Presentation

1. A poster should cover 1 topic of presentation per 1 sheet. The required size is 80 cm (width) x 100 cm (height).
2. Each poster presentation is allocated a total of 10 minutes, consisting of 5 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A session.
3. The order in which posters are presented, according to the presentation program.
4. Posters must be mounted on Friday, May 8, 2026: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM ,Saturday, May 9, 2026: 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM

หมายเหตุ มีการพิจารณาและให้รางวัลในการนำเสนอผลงานภาคบรรยายและการนำเสนอภาคโปสเตอร์

The award will be considered for both oral and poster presentations.
