Guidelines for ONLINE PRESENTATION

การนำเสนอผลงาน IAMBEST 2021 "ประเภท บรรยาย"

1. ผู้นำเสนอต้องนำเสนอด้วยการบันทึกเสียงบรรยายในรูปแบบ วีดีโอนำเสนอ โดยใช้โปรแกรม PowerPoint และ Save file ด้วยนามสกุล MPEG-4 Video (.mp4)
2. การนำเสนอ ผู้นำเสนอต้องบันทึกวีดีโอโดยให้โชว์หน้าผู้นำเสนอขณะบรรยาย ที่มุมขวาล่าง หรือไม่บังการนำเสนอ
3. ให้บันทึกเฉพาะเสียงของผู้บรรยายให้ชัดเจน โดยไม่มีเสียงรบกวน หรือมีเสียงเพลงบรรเลงใดๆ
4. ใช้เวลาในการนำเสนอ 10-12 นาที (ความยาวของวีดีโอนำเสนอ)
5. ใช้เวลาถามตอบแบบออนไลน์ 3-5 นาที หลังจากวีดีโอการบรรยายจบ ด้วยโปรแกรม Zoom (https://thairen.zoom.us/)
6. กำหนดเวลา Upload file ตั้งแต่บัดนี้จนถึงวันที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2564 เท่านั้น

Presentation Guidelines-IAMBEST 2021 "Oral Presentation"

1. Presenters must present with the power-point presentation with an audio-recording. File must be saved with MPEG-4 Video (.mp4).
2. While presenting, the presenter must record by showing his/her face on the bottom right corner.
Please ensure that the presentation aren't obstructed.
3. Make sure your voice record is loud and clear throughout the presentation without music played or any unnecessary noise/disturbances.
4. The allotted time for oral presentation should be 10-12 minutes.
5. Right after each presentation ends, there will be a 3-5 minutes online question session using zoom. (https://thairen.zoom.us/)

1. ผู้นำเสนอต้องส่งโปสเตอร์ขนาด A3 Save file เป็นสกุล JPEG (*.jpg)
2. ผู้นำเสนอต้องนำเสนอด้วยการบันทึกเสียงบรรยายในรูปแบบ วีดีโอนำเสนอ โดยใช้โปรแกรม PowerPoint และ Save file ด้วยนามสกุล MPEG-4 Video (.mp4) ลงบนโปสเตอร์ของผู้นำเสนอ
3. การนำเสนอ ผู้นำเสนอต้องบันทึกวีดีโอโดยให้โชว์หน้าผู้นำเสนอขณะบรรยาย ที่มุมขวาล่าง หรือไม่บังการนำเสนอ

2. Presenters must present with the poster presentation with an audio-recording. File must be saved with MPEG-4 Video (.mp4).
3. While presenting, the presenter must record by showing his/her face on the bottom right corner. Please ensure that the presentation aren't obstructed.
4. Make sure your voice record is loud and clear throughout the presentation without music played or any unnecessary noise/disturbances.
5. Poster presentation should be 4-5 minutes as allotted time.
6. Right after each presentation ends, there will be a 2-3 minutes online question session using zoom. (https://thairen.zoom.us/)
7. The upload recorded-presentation is only accepted until 17 May 2021.
